Policy

This office shall offer buyer's agency, seller's agency and limited
aency when involving in-house listings and sales between the buyers
and the sellers.

When acting as a listing broker, INTERNATIONAL REALTY
will cooperate with and split all commissions with a cooperating
contract.

INTERNATIONAL REALTY when acting as buyer's agent will
receive its compensation as per terms of the buyer-broker contract.
